ProClosets now offers a garage product line to all Pro partners called ProGarage. Beginning today, Feb 22, 2024, you now have access to garage product allowing you to design, sell and install custom garage storage solutions. This new offering includes:
In your Pro tool, when you are creating a new design, you can simply select Pro Garage under the Design Name and that will launch the tool with garage product. You can now add garage designs to your closet proposals and vice versa. Please note, closet and garage product cannot be combined into the same designs. But you can show a closet and a garage design on the same proposal. Closet or Garage product is determined by the toggle when creating the design (image below).
For specific details regarding the new product offering, please log into your Pro portal for additional information and training. The new training materials can be found in the Training drop down menu of the portal (see screenshot below).
The redesigned website is intended to provide you with all information you need to be successful in the home and in the garage!
We will be moving your ProClosets portal to a new portal including garage. Your username and login will stay the same, but the URL will change. More to come on this!
Starting on Dec. 14, 2023 The Stow Company is introducing 12" depth options to ProClosets wall-hung & floor mounted units.
The new 12" depth option will open your designs to more use cases and consumer need states such as:

ProClosets offering is expanding to allow more product dimensions & options.
These product additions will allow partners to design a wider variety of applications including wardrobes, laundry rooms, & islands.
For orders placed on April 6 and later, you will see FedEx as the carrier option when selecting a carrier option during the check-out process.
Any open orders shipping on April 10 showing as UPS will be updated to FedEx.
Marketplace orders will continue to ship via UPS from the Marketplace supplier location.
Shipment tracking detail will continue to be visible in Order History. Any tracking notification currently set up on your profile will remain the same. FedEx also provides additional tracking services. Please visit www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking for further details.
